Spring Concert

This is from our spring concert at our school.

We sang alot of songs - all the ones we know and some others that we are still learning. That's my friend Lauren with the blond hair and black headband.

The Living Museum

A stern Abraham Lincoln visited the local elementary school tonight.


He/She was in good company sandwiched between Rosa Parks and Sacagawea at the 1st grade living museum.


Also on display was the Wall of Heroes listing a war hero from our family.

Our town, Ewing NJ, is 175 years old and the Mayor asked our school chorus to sing at the town hall. My friend Lauren is standing in front of me.



The mayor stood behind us the whole time. His granddaughter is in my class but she's not in the choir.



My mom took a video of one of the songs we sang.

Star Spangled Banner

I sang the national anthem for the Trenton Devil's hockey team with my school chorus. It was the first time we performed except for at school.

Return of the 2nd Grader

2nd grade is going to be the best year ever ... two of my best friends are in my class!

and my lunchbox matches my backpack ~ I like how curly the frog's tongue is!

School Daze

1st day of Kindergarten ... a new backpack for me

and one for puppy, too. He's coming with me in case I get scared.

I was feeling a little nervous when I was standing in line waiting for school to start.

My whole class walked in together with our teacher ~ she is really nice. I like her alot.

I took the bus home and had LOTS to tell my mom and dad ~ I had a very fun day at school.

New Shoes

These are my new shoes for back to school. They are the coolest hi-tops in the world.
